Examples are difficult to produce because no one course structure is the same. Since most courses that integrate a blended or online approach tend to originate as bricks-and-mortar deliveries, start with the syllabus of the face-to-face delivery. Sometimes, it takes just a few simple additions to make a syllabus techno-friendly; at other times, you'll have to do quite a bit of restructuring.
